Logseq graph shows nodes for all PDF files that have referenced highlights, as well as a 'file' node and 'file_path' node

Hi everyone, is it a feature or a bug, that all files that have referenced highlights on a page in the graph, are shown as nodes in graph view? Is there a way to turn this off?
To me it’s not very helpful.
