I’d consider the elephant in the room even bigger: is this the right thing to invest into right now as a team with extremely limited resources? For me, this is yet another alarming indicator that the team does not really know where to focus its effort. I’m really frustrated with the lack of product direction and therefore also recently suspended my monthly contribution. 
What do you mean by that? There is the road map which clearly, unambiguously sets out the direction. What else do you need?
As for limited resources, how do you know? It sounds to me that you, as an outsider (i.e. non-team member) want to have a say in the way those resources are utilized.
I just want to point out that there are tons of FOSS projects with literally zero resources because developed entirely by volunteers.
It’s the Logseq team that decided to develop this app privately as a company and not even using Backers and Supporters money to support the development.
So “limited resources” is a choice.
That is why I don’t understand @brsma’s reproach.
I don’t know what do you call limited ressources, but they rised 4 million last year…
It’s not really what I would call limited resources.
I don’t find 4k too much of an effort to make the community living, and at the same time getting some inspiration insights, before rebranding and launching the v.1
It means to me the opposite of a lack of product direction, it means that they are near of maturity.

Is there any news on the logo? The contest ended a year ago, if I remember correctly.

There won’t be any news here. When the branding changes, it should be visible everywhere and probably announced in the blog.
