For reference, the method for opening multiple windows for the same graph on Mac was discussed here:

Same, doesn’t work for v.0.10.9 on M2 Mac OS: Sonoma 14.5

It seems there is a workaround, hinted at by @mentaloid here: What works for me is to switch to a different graph first, and then shift-click on the desired graph from the “Switch to…” menu. Repeat as desired.
