Multiple nested instances of Journal pages - user error or bug?

When I go to ‘All Pages’ I’m seeing a bunch of zero byte hierarchical pages generated from a date. I’ve tried re-indexing the graph.Did I do something to cause this, or is it expected behavior of the app? Thanks
