Need a shove on the LS Road with a little hint

OK sorry for super noob question but see here https://i.imgur.com/cKVNJzg.png.
As you can see basic entry but i have a few question

  1. The date of the incidents is not matching the date of the entry how do users deal with this?
  2. Having started my move from Evernote then Onenote i just dropped my stuff in there and searched if i needed anything. But how would one normally process this so it works correctly in LS?

  1. You can change the date format in config.edn 
 ;; Date Format
 :journal/page-title-format "MMM do, yyyy"
 :date-formatter "yyyy-MM-dd"
  1. searching the forum or discord will help you see what other users did to solve the same issue
