as you might be known obsidian while ago made accessible an option to open window(panes) detached from main app, i think implementing this in logseq is necessary, for me idea of using that for pdf annotation in my multi-monitor case is very pleasant.
You can create a new window using command/Ctrl n

i see this worked for most of users, but it does not opening window for me within win 10. thank you by the way.

It is implemented now, there is a button in the PDF toolbar
