Option to change the default markdown for Italic

Problem

I use both Obsidian and Logseq, The problem is, Obsidian’s default markdown for Italic is *text*, whereas for Logseq it’s _text_.

Solution

There could be an option to change the default markdown for Italic in Logseq to *text* like in Obsidian.

There could also be an option to convert all Italic markdown from _text_ to *text*, and vice versa.
