Parameters or How to do Meta?

Howdy folks,
Loving this app, I am working my way through figuring out this note taking to fit it in my workflow. I want to add some meta data to my page entries.
I understand that the use of <Parameters should do the trick, however when I use < it does not display Parameters.
Do I need to hold my hands a certain way or am I just missing the boat.

Again great software in a bloated field.

I don’t find any support for <Parameters on my Logseq desktop app.

For metadata it goes on the first line, and maybe it depends on the mode you use (Org or Markdown), but since I use Markdown it looks like this:

property-name:: property values
