Picture-in-Picture support for videos

For videos (e.g. embedded MP4s, YouTube videos, etc) it would be helpful for there to be a picture-in-picture button for multiple reasons:

  • Allow watching the video on a different monitor to the monitor used for Logseq
  • Expanding and minimising the video to any size
  • Being able to scroll down the page to take notes whilst the video is still viewable
  • etc

Would be super useful, I want to take notes while playing videos. Right now, there are plugins that have the same function (helium), but this would grant a much smoother experience. The way I do it now is by using an external video player and enabling picture-in-picture from there, but I would much prefer if this was available directly in app, so that I could also use the timestamp feature.
