Does anyone have a quick entry method for imputing thoughts in iOS? I like the shortcut for dictation but just wondering if there is an easy way to add text with time stamp to journal entry (ideally launchable from iOS home screen)?

I have created iOS shortcuts that write/append directly to the files in the graph. This can lead to the (known) synchronization issues, so I like to write to page (files) that are only written to by the shortcuts and read-only otherwise.
