Hi, I am quite new to logseq and I started using it as an application on ubuntu.
First, I did not think much about where the files are used, but after I have been using it for 2 month I wanted to merge it with my local files from Obsidian. However, when I ‘Chose local directory…’ it adapted to the directory but all my journals from the last 2 month are gone? Are they lost? Can I recover them somehow? They are not backed up on github.

Do you remember where you save Logseq database?
If you can remember where your previously saved them, just go to that directory, copy them and paste them in the new one.
