I use hierarchical links a lot e.g. [[TopicA/TopicB/TopicC]]. I conducted a search recently using the first few terms in the hierarchy (e.g. [[TopicA/TopicB]]) and it did not identify the relevant page even though it was able to identify pages with more terms (e.g. [[TopicA/TopicB/TopicC]]. The only way I could get to that page was to actually create a link and follow it. So there is something amiss with the page search regarding hierarchical links.
