Selective sync?

In my case, I’d like my entire graph synced between my laptop and phone, except for any blocks tagged #nosync (and their children).

I’m sure this isn’t trivial, as it would require figuring out a bunch of edge cases.

However was wondering if something like this has ever been discussed (or if it’s something that might be implemented in db).

at the moment I have some pages that are work related and anything else. I am using git to sync my pages and manually filter out my work notes. I have a script that moves the pages that contain certain type:: [[work]] to a subfolder in the pages directory and added that folder to gitignore. i was thinking that having a way to do something similar with the official sync would be good. at the moment i am using git because it is the only solution that let me select what to commit/push but I wa…
