Simple question - How to Rename Pages? I don't understand

I have tried to rename a page that’s like the following before:
[Hey I Am A Page]

But I don’t think it works if you just edit the text inside the ‘[ ],’
so how do I access the option to rename pages???

And additionally, is there a plugin or something to BULK-RENAME pages?

I do this by renaming it inside [[the page]] itself – click on the link, then edit the main title, there will be a warning message, click ok. It then automatically changes all other mentions of [[the page]] in other files. It works well in my experience

I did not know you could just click on the title and edit it. I thought you had to right click and I did not see the option.
