At the moment, it would appear that you cannot enable (nor force via :table-view? true) the table view of a query that has been added under Default Queries. The query would appear to work, stating the amount of ‘results’ it has returned but is functionally broken and devoid of data.

I imagine most use-cases for this enhancement would be some variation of this, to show data that you wish to check regularly.
