To what extent will LogseqDB be able to read "legacy" logseq markdown files

I am just wondering to what extent LogseqDB will be able to read existing markdown files. I presume it can handle basic markdown text, and datalog queries? Does anyone know if it will be able to read properties, specified using the format property:: value?

I am planning to revamp my graph, but wondering whether is now time to do so with the DB version hopefully out with 3 months.

Yes, there’s a Markdown importer. You can test it at https://test.logseq.com and find all necessary documentation here.

I don’t know where you got this info from, but we don’t expect Logseq DB to be out of alpha in the next 3 months. We’re currently testing the alpha with a growing group of testers, but we don’t know exact dates when we’ll hit certain milestones (like testing local apps, sync, collaboration, etc.).

Thanks. I’m trying out the test website. The date was something I picked up in a forum, but not an official logseq milestone. I appreciate the need to get the alpha testing right.
