TOC plugin is close to perfect

Hello, my Logseq 0.10.0 desktop on Raspberry Pi 5 desktop uses TOC plugins which work pretty well.
Today I tried plugin logseq-toc-plugin v2.0.3 which is even better with the TOC on the left in a small column, with individual links to each header.
Unfortunately, the links do not open/scroll to the selected TOC header in the main right body of text.

TOC seems to work with small example Logseq .md files, however when I convert large docx files to .md, that’s where the bugs appear.

Solved by scrolling down to the bottom of documents. Apparently this causes Logseq to create UUIDs on blocks.
Apparently TOC doesn’t work on iPhone 11 iOS 18.1.1, so I may be trying Markdown [Link text](#anchor name) to scroll TOC to body text on the desktop and phone.

Anchor names seem to work.
However the left toc column shows the anchor text, which should be hidden.
For example, Table of Contents <a name="-"></a>
backup:
CLI: <a name="cli"></a>
GUI: <a name="gui"></a>
…and so on.
