I have just become a backer a few weeks ago. I have been trying to sync logseq across devices but, so far, despite following the instructions, it has been impossible. The :
: icon does not appear in the graph that I would like to sync. I may be missing something very essential, but, so far I have been unable to discover what exactly.
Can anyone help with this?

I installed it on my phone a few days ago and was playing around and like it, so I became a backer and the next day installed in on my Mac and I’m trying to set up sync but the option does not appear. If I log out and log back in I am warned that I won’t be able to sync since it’s in beta and I need to become a backer, but I AM a backer!
Yes, that is my exact situation. I think there is something really basic that we are missing but, by following the instruction page, the only thing I get is the same message you just described… I have written an email to support. Let’s hope that they can help us with this. If it is the case I’ll post the solution so you can also use it.
Anyone that has encountered this problem before and knows how to solve it? Or, else, do you know if there is any chance that I get a reply from the support team behind the logseq support email?
