Using Flow Time on Logseq

I would like to use the Flow Time productivity strategy instead of Pomodoro. Is there currently a plug-in that will support this workflow? I checked out the logseq-pomodoro-timer plug-in, but it does not allow you to change the work and break intervals.

Excuse me Edward for offtopic. I use Pomodoro on my phone. Since it helps me to control the time in any place even if I’m not near the desktop.

That plugin does in fact allow you to change the intervals. you can do so from settings.
