I had to relocate my logseq repo to a different disk location (from ~/ to /opt). I did this with Logseq closed, then in Logseq removed the old graph and added the new one. It mostly worked fine, but with two weird resutls:
- the All Pages view lists all of the images in the assets folder, as well as the actual pages.
- the custom.css wasn’t being used (editing the file fixed this problem)
In addition, it looks like the automatic git commit has stopped working, although this seems to have happened a few days before the move so is probably has a different cause.
