What should I do if I can not tell if the bug is in the plugin or logseq?

I created this bug report Cologler/logseq-date-between-typescript/issues/2
But the plugin code has not changed in a very long time.

I am adding a note here bc my swag is that the logseq dependent functionality may have changed.

Hello,
if the bug is happening on freshly installed version it is probable a logseq bug, while if the bug only occurs after an installation of a plugin then it is related to the plugin.
