What's the best way to add to existing notes?

Hey friends,
I use logseq for work to document minutes, ideas, one-on-ones with my teams, etc. I often need to add follow up items to existing notes. For example, I want to record minutes of what I discussed with an employee and revisit those topics to add follow up notes (maybe new tasks) related to those items without making it look like the new notes were added at the same time as the initial notes so that I track the evolution of my conversation from week to week.
Any advise on how to best do this?

Welcome. This is the definition of a block reference. When adding the new note, add a reference to the initial note it refers to. The initial note will have all the references to itself available on its right.
