Whenever using ":" or "?" in the page name i get this error: "Page already exists with another file: pages/[filename].md current file pages/[filename] Please keep only one of them and re-index your graph."

Hi,
It started to happen with a new tablet I bought, and the error message appears only when I open the pages on that device once synced there.
The “:” or the “?” gets replaced by a “%3A” or “%3F” on the file name (not the page name)
Any help will be appreciated
