I have been seeing all kinds of odd behavior around tags in my attempt to start to learn Logseq, but I just discovered that one dimension of the behavior that had been perplexing me is that I am using the Zotero import feature with Logseq and when I import a reference Logseq creates the new page as a markdown md file not as an org file.
Does anyone know if this behavior can be changed? It feels as though the default should be for the import to respect the mode setting of logseq.
