Ability to fold embedded page

Currently it seems when you embed a page, it will just expand as it is opened.

I think it would be handy to add the ability to fold a embedded page (down to its title). Just make the little file icon beside the page title work as the regular folding triangle beside blocks.

This would allow quick edit to a embedded page without jamming the whole thing inside another page all the time.

Agreed. This is one of the differences in functionality between blocks and pages that I find cumbersome and distracting.

I absolutely agree. It is highly inconvenient to have embedded pages that cannot be collapsed when we want to embed multiple pages and rearrange them.
