Allow Setting Password inside Logseq

I use logseq to note down my private thoughts and insights. But if my phone is unlocked almost anyone can look at it. Is it possible to have password encryption and everytime you open the app, logseq asks you the password you set?

The other issue is I have set up auto-sync to a cloud provider and if the whole folder is password encrypted, it’ll be much more secure.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Turns out, someone already asked this:

Upvoted there!

My pixel phone has a “private space” which serves exactly this purpose.

I like the idea of keeping apps simple and providing encryption a locking by the OS

Android files are already encrypted regardless of whether they are in private space or not. The problem only arises when the file leaves the system during sync. Then it isn’t encrypted anymore.

On IOS can can protect every app you want, with face-ID. For LogSeq I have this enabled too.
