Allow creating shortcuts for slash commands

Let us bind a shortcut for any slash command (including custom commands).

This would solve:

• Allow binding of "/schedule" command to keyboard shortcut
• Shortcuts for / commands?
• Shortcut for custom commands
• Custom shortcut for pasting in a custom sequence of characters
